Comments: Lean Manufacturing is about eliminating waste which is “Non-Value-Adding” (NVA), in order to strictly and consistently focus on Value-Adding activities which customers are more than happy to pay for.
Eliminating NVA activities is easier said than done and for this reason many Lean Tools have been developed in order to achieve this end.
